RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To make a booking we ask for a 25% deposit to be paid within 4 working days upon confirmation.
The balance must be paid within 27 days before the beginning of the period of stay.
The deposit and the balance must be paid by bank transfer.
In the event of a reservation for a period in the 27 days before the start of the stay, the client is asked to pay the whole amount in advance.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the client will be refunded the amount to the client in the following ways:
29-15 days before arrival – 50%
14-7 days before arrival – 25%
In the event that a cancellation is made after the deposit has been paid and before the payment of the balance, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to COVID restrictions in Italy or in the country of origin of the guest (lockdown restrictions) The guest will be able to postpone the vacation to another date according to the availability of the villa and according to the rates stated on that date.
In the event of cancellation by the owner, the owner will look for an equivalent accommodation for the same period, or, if this is not possible, the full amount received will be refunded to the client.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 4 pm until 11 pm.
Check-out is from 6 am to 11 am.
Any different time must be agreed in advance.
In any case, the client is asked to communicate the estimated time of arrival until the day before arrival.
Breakage deposit for the Villa
Upon arrival will be asked a breakage deposit of 500-100 Euros (depends on the reservation details) for damages eventually caused by the client.
The breakage deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the state of the house by the owner representative for any damage
occurred.
