Solarium Area & Pool
A private swimming pool of 4m x 15m, 2m deep , with heated jets – hydromassage pool 236cm x 204cm. . At the poolside, there is a solarium area, outdoor showers with a picturesque sea view and a chill zone area with fancy hammock chair and comfortable beach chairs.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen has an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. Also, the marble worktop is created with iron structures and wooden compartments, inside which, besides storing various kitchen equipment, also hides the dishwasher and washing machine.
Outdoor Kitchen
The outdoor kitchen is made of stone and has an old and unique style.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator for poolside beverages, a barbecue gas grill and a dining table suitable for 12 people. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and celebrating by the pool.

Agriculture
The villa is located in a grove of olive trees and has very manicured gardens, unique plants and there is a whole area of spice trees .
There are also some fruit trees on the grounds of the villa which include:
Green fig, Apple, Black amber plum, Shiro Golden Drop Plum, Pero Falsa Recchia pear, Abate Fetel Pear and Apricot. All the trees are for the use of the villa’s guests that can prepare meals with fresh,organic and high quality ingredients.
